Enhancements to WTCA's Regional Meetings

WTCA’s Regional Meetings will undergo several changes in 2025. These annual local Member meetings have transformed over the last several years to become unique opportunities to promote the WTC brand to local stakeholders and provide a platform for Members to discuss topics of importance to their businesses. 

To better fit their function, they will now go by the term “Conferences” (i.e., 2025 WTCA Latin America Conference, 2025 WTCA Asia Pacific Conference). 

Additionally, WTCA Members wishing to attend a Regional Conference for free will now be required to meet several criteria: 

  • Cannot be in arrearages 
  • Must be located within the hosting region 
  • The individual requesting a free ticket cannot have cancelled attendance more than twice in two consecutive past Conferences. 

Those Members not meeting these criteria are welcome to purchase a ticket to attend.

WTCA’s Regional Conferences are a cornerstone of our mission to strengthen the global network by fostering regional connections and showcasing the power of the WTC brand. These changes ensure these events remain impactful and inclusive while recognizing the contributions and commitments of engaged Members. By setting these criteria, we aim to encourage active participation, enhance the value of the conferences, and create a stronger, more connected WTCA community.
