The 2025 WTCA Asia Pacific Conference (APC) was successfully hosted by World Trade Center Mumbai (WTC Mumbai) from November 20-22, 2025. Held concurrently with the Global Economic Summit (GES), a WTC Mumbai signature annual conference, the APC gathered 80+ delegates of 30+ World Trade Center businesses from the WTCA’s Asia Pacific region.
Themed "Accelerating Global Trade: Fostering Partnerships, Connectivity & Resilience," the 2025 APC provided a great platform for WTCA Members across the APAC region to network with each other; share best practices with fellow Members through panel discussions on exhibition/events, trade services and facility/real estate, which featured executives from WTC operations in the region; and learn valuable updates from the APAC Regional Advisory Council (RAC), WTCA Headquarters and Asia Pacific Regional Office (APRO). A breakfast roundtable meeting was organized to share the opportunities and challenges for facility development in India where the WTC network is expanding rapidly. The program was wrapped up with a celebration of the launch of Prime at WTC Navi Mumbai - an important milestone of its development to offer premium office space for SMEs in the region.
As a result of tremendous growth of the WTCA network in India, new Members from Coimbatore, Future City, Nashik, Nhava Shava and Thane were officially introduced to the rest of the region. WTC Bhubaneswar, WTC Goa, WTC Jaipur, and WTC Kochi were awarded accreditation certificates for their excellence in services.
Attendees were also invited to join the 2026 APC hosted by WTC Jakarta scheduled from November 18-20, 2026.
“At the World Trade Centers Association, we believe that connection is the foundation of prosperity. In a time when global supply chains are shifting, technology is transforming how we do business, and the world is learning new lessons in resilience, our mission has never been more vital: to connect businesses, globally.” said Crystal Edn, WTCA Executive Director-Member Services in her remarks at the opening ceremony of GES/APC. “The challenges and opportunities of this decade are deeply intertwined. The Asia Pacific region—home to nearly one third of WTCA’s membership—continues to lead the way in turning those challenges into engines of growth.”
“We would like to congratulate the WTC Mumbai team on the remarkable success in hosting the 2025 APC under the leadership of Chairman Dr. Kalantri and coordination of Ms. Priya Pansare. The APAC RAC was most supportive led by Chair Mr. Vineet Verma. The APRO team has worked extremely hard for the program preparation and support. Colleauges from India and the rest of Asia Pacific did a wonderful job sharing, networking and collaborating. At a time when the region is increasingly seeking diversification in supply chain and market access, the 2025 APC is the best showcase of our concerted efforts to uplift the region for trade and investment through our unique WTC ecosystem of facility, services and global connectivity under one unified brand,” said Scott Wang, WTCA Vice President, Asia Pacific.
