Mr. Takahashi is Executive Vice President & COO of World Trade Center Tokyo.

Mr. Takahashi initially worked as a lawyer specializing in international M&A and contract negotiations before joining International Legal Affairs Bureau of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, where he was responsible for international negotiations and legislation related to investment treaties. He later joined Trade and Economic Security Bureau of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, focusing on economic security, including security export control. Leveraging his expertise in policy formulation, he successfully facilitated G7 negotiations and contributed to legislative enactments. As an expert in diplomacy, security, and trade investment promotion, Mr. Takahashi is dedicated to enhancing Japan’s economic influence on the global stage.
