WINNIPEG, CANADA - On April 21, the fifth conference of the “What’s in it for EU?” series by the WTC Winnipeg – which highlighted the first Culturallia forum, taking place October 14-16, 2015 in Mons, Belgium – brought together dozens of business people from the cultural and creative industries, as well as new technology and communications.
