MOSCOW, RUSSIA - On the eve of the company’s 15th anniversary, the dance club GallaDance organized a 15-hour dance class, which was recorded in Russia’s Book of Records; additionally, a submission for an entry in the Guinness Book of Records has been made. Previously, GallaDance was once included in those books already, with a 2007 dance class that had the biggest attendance.
For 15 hours, from 7 am to 10 pm, the company’s best teachers instructed the visitors in the most popular dance styles, from Argentinian tango to Lindy hop to Latina to many others. In the afternoon, dance lovers moved to the lobby of the World Trade Center Moscow, as Russia’s biggest dance club, GallaDance, could not house all those in attendance.
The master class was visited by pop stars, and the event was widely covered in the media, including the portal m24.ru, which broadcast it live. The lesson was crowned by a dance party in Moscow and other cities across Russia, where GallaDance has dance clubs.
